HealthFirst Medical is a multi-location clinic with 5 branches across the city. We receive approximately 100-150 inbound calls daily for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries. Our current phone system requires a dedicated receptionist at each location, leading to high operational costs and inconsistent patient experience.
